Quail Ridge

A total of 317 homes are platted for this subdivision, located on I-30, 1 mile west of FM 548. This subdivision is 95% built out. Crowell Development Corporation is the developer. Choice Homes is the exclusive builder.

Rustic Meadows IV

A total of 50 homes are being built in this subdivision located 1/2 mile west on Highway 66, turn on Rustic Meadows Drive. Choice Homes is the exclusive builder.

West Creek

A total of 52 homes have been built in this subdivision located at North Houston and Charles Street. Calmark Homes is the exclusive builder.

Fairway Estates

Sixty-two (62) lots have been platted in this subdivision located on FM 2453.  Countryside Custom Homes is the developer and primary builder.  Phase II is building.

McKamy Meadows

Ninety (90) lots have been platted for this subdivision located on South Hickory Hill, 1/2 mile west on Highway 66. McKamy Meadows Phase II, across street from Phase I, will start summer 2005. Kimball Hill Homes is the builder.

Starlight Ranch

Fifty-five (55) one-acre lots have been built in this subdivision, located on South FM 548, two (2)  miles south of  I-30. Calmark Homes is the exclusive builder.

Rustic Meadows West

Located 1/2 mile west on Highway 66, turn on Rustic Meadows Drive. M. R. Development is the developer. Kim McCaslin is their contact person. Choice Homes is the exclusive builder.  

Hidden Creek Estates

This 500 acre subdivision includes a commercial district and a multi-family complex.  The plat includes a swimming pool, 6 tennis courts, 4 soccer fields and 2 baseball fields; all with lighting.  A walking trail will run through the entire area. Phase I consists of 250 homes and is built out. Phase II has infrastructure in place and is ready to begin construction of 200+ homes. This subdivision contains multiple builders and has a 3rd phase planned.  This subdivision is located north of City Lake Park.  The main entrance is off FM 1777, 1/2 mile north of East Highway 66 on FM 1777.  Whittle Development is the developer. David Besser, Woodstone, Premier, Bowen, and Paramount are the builders.

Highlands of McKamy

This subdivision has 220 lots planned and is located at end of North Houston Street at Birch Street. Plans were approved early January 2007. John Skelton is the developer and builders have not yet been established.

Frost Farm

(Formerly Whiteside Estates) This subdivision will have 133 lots located on FM 548, 1 mile from Interstate 30. Harlan Properties is the developer. 

Creekview Estates

This subdivision has 129 lots located on South FM 548, approximately one mile from Interstate 30. John Baker is the developer. Horizon Homes and Pioneer Homes are the builders.

Woodland Creek

589 Lots are planned for this development.  Phase I is complete.  Phase II has started and is 30% complete. Located on FM 35, 1 mile south of Interstate 30. Take FM 35 at Interstate 30 and go 1 mile or take FM 2642 off of Interstate 30, go south to FM 35. D. R. Horton and Nu Homes are the builders.

Sunrise Meadows

259 Lots are platted for this development. The subdivision is currently 40-50% built out.  Pulte & Gehann are the builders. Located 2 miles south of Interstate 30 ,  south on FM 548.

Briarstone Estates

A total of 160 Lots occupy this subdivision which is completely built out.  Located at Interstate 30 service road and Circle Lane,  Centex/Fox & Jacobs has the entire subdivision.
