6.05.001 Prohibition against high weeds. A person commits an offense if such person permits, suffers or allows weeds on any premises under his ownership, control or supervision with the city limits. Weeds - Uncultivated or cultivated vegetation, including grass, having a height in excess of twelve (12) inches.

8.08.032 Declaration of a nuisance.  A junked vehicle is a vehicle that is self-propelled and: (1) Does not have lawfully attached to it: (A) An unexpired license plate; or (B) A valid motor vehicle inspection certificate; and (2) Is: (A) Wrecked, dismantled or partially dismantled, or discarded; or (B) Inoperable and has remained inoperable for more than: (i) 72 consecutive hours, if the vehicle is on public property; or (ii) 30 consecutive days, if the vehicle is on private property.

6.05.002 Prohibition against vegetation in alleys, streets and sidewalks. A person commits an offense if such person allows vegetation, including, but not limited to, trees, shrubbery, bushes, and vine, growing on premises owned or controlled by such person to project across the property line into the right-of-way of an alley, street, or sidewalk.

12.02.083 Prohibitions; exceptions.

 No truck with a manufacturer's rated carrying capacity in excess of one (1) ton according to the manufacturer’s classification or any motor home, bus, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, truck tractor, house trailer, special mobile equipment, commercial motor vehicle, farm tractor, implement of husbandry, boat or other aquatic vehicle, or camper trailer shall be parked or stored within the required front yard.

8.01.003 Depositing trash or garage on property of another. It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or deposit any trash or garbage onto any public property or private property of another person other than in a trash receptacle. 
3.12.001 Fence Maintenance.

A person commits an offense if such person permits, suffers or allows a fence to have missing, loose, or broken pickets, slats, portions or panels, suffers or allows a fence to become structurally unsound, allows any nails, screws or other fasteners on a fence to be maintained in a hazardous manner or if the fence’s axis is more than ten (10) degrees out of perpendicular alignment with its base.

Chapter 3, Div. 9. IPMC Sec. 307.1 Accumulation of rubbish or garbage. All exterior property and premises, and the interior of every structure, shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage.
3.08, Sec. 308.012 Prohibited Signs.
