MyGov - Planning Department

Submission via email or in-person submission are not accepted. MyGov is the main mechanism for applicants to perform administrative tasks such as.

  1.  Plat Submissions
  2.  I-30 Overlay Matrix Compliance Review
  3.  Specific Use Permits
  4.  Planned Development Agreement Review
  5.  Certificate of Appropriateness - Heritage District
  6.  Variance Requests - Zoning Board of Adjustment

In order to kickstart the process for the above subjects, applicants will need to become a "Collaborator” and then "Create a New Project” under the applicable template. Applicants can access MyGov HERE

Prior to development within the City Limits or ETJ, the applicant will need to schedule either a Design Review Committee "DRC" or a Pre-Conference (high level), if the applicant does not have a definitive site plan. DRC's allow staff to provide the applicant with updated information applicable to the site, that is not readily available to the public. Ideally, preventing any potential roadblocks and providing clarity on the sites' current situation.

You can access the DRC application HERE
