The Royse City Police Records Services serves as the central point of contact for the Royse City Police Department and provides essential support services to command staff, patrol and investigative divisions, the general public, and other criminal justice agencies.
The Records Services has the responsibility of maintaining records generated from police action or response by the Royse City Police, including offense, incident, accident, and arrest reports.
The Records Division is also responsible for responding to open records requests, submission of Incident Based Reporting (IBR), responding to inter-governmental agency requests, and preparing responsive materials (e.g., reports, videos, pictures) in response to subpoenas.
