Food Service Establishment Permit Application

All food and/or beverage establishments in Royse City are required to have a Food Establishment Permit. The permit is issued annually. All expire at the end of the calendar year. 

Special Event/Temporary Food Establishment Permit Application

• Must be associated with an approved special event.
• Application to be completed by the food vendor.
• A 30-day notice is required. 
• Health inspection is required.
• ID/DL and Texas Protection Management Certification
